The candidate registered as per the request form undertakes to enrol in one of the accredited programs at the National Counselling Center, for the purpose of rehabilitation and to replace erroneous beliefs with moderate ones. This shall be done in accordance with Sharia guidelines derived from the tolerant teachings of Islam and in conformity with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and shall seek to instil sound religious concepts and equip the candidate with skills that facilitate positive and balanced integration into society.

In line with this undertaking, the candidate agrees to follow all rules and procedures related to the counselling program and not to miss, skip, or refuse sessions unless they have a valid excuse approved by the NCC.
